Hi all, although i joined the discussion a bit late but i believe my advice can be useful for you all. I believe that pinhole glasses can be a solution to your problem. Actually i am also suffering from the same problem of eyes since a long time and 6 months back i started using it and i feel a lot better. Moreover it has some added advantages as well like it helps to reduce heart-rate, headaches and tension.
