Yes, or one of his minions.....its worth it to be honest.
KC is about facing the challenges it creates rather than accepting the problems it generates -

Moorfields will still be running an eye casualty so if you are worried, most definitly get down to Moorfields casualty.

When I lived in stevenage the local hospital was unable to cope and sent me down in an ambualnce!

Anne, go to Moorfields today, I would, I wouldn't wait. Time is of the essence if it is rejection. Their A&E is open 24/7 and grafted corneas have a high priority so you won't wait long

Anne,

If it is a rejection, then hourly dexamethasone drops are probably what you'd get. But I agree with everyone else, too.

If there is the slightest chance of a rejection, then you need to be seen by someone competant as soon as possible.

If that means a trip to Moorfields, then it's probably a good idea. Time is indeed of the essence. The sooner action is taken, the better the chances of dealing with any rejection.

To be honest, it probably isn't a rejection, but you can never be too careful.

Best of luck, and look after yourself

John

Hi all,

It wasn't a rejection.
But i did have one of my stiches removed that looked a bit yucky and may of caused a infection. they said it looked swollen.
I have to take hourly antibiotics and dexamethasone 6 times daily.
So very glad i went.
Need to go back next week, just need to sort out a date.
Thanks for all your help once again.

And now may i wish you all a very happy new year :D

Anne
Sorry to hear you've had such a start to the New Year - and missed your party.

But glad to hear it's not a rejection.

Take care
