Hhmm we have one by the main board where we hand over and keep a check on patients, but it doesn't really help me to use it more even though i spend a lot of my time there! LOL!!

I now have no coffee, i drastically cut the sugar in my diet. I don't eat that many sweet things, i don't add SUGAR to anything at all. (Don't worry SWEET i still like you )

5 Fruits every single day + veg! I don't add salt or anything like that. Drink lots of smoothies  i was fit anyway and very thin but did survive on a diet of junk. The last thing i expected this to affect was my eyes.

Changing from junk diet to healthy diet regardless of fitness will have an impact on every part of your body.

I guess this is the hardest lesson for any of us to learn: but one that we all have to learn, none the less.

There are limits to the way in which lifestyle can affect our sight, but within those limits we ought to be as aware as possible of the beneficial effects of good diet, sensible hydration and exercise.
