Tinted lenses

I was just wondering if tinted lenses would help while I'm at work. I'm in a shop and its very very bright and come home with headaches and pains at the back of my eyes every day would having tinted lenses help or not really?

I'm not sure whether the sort of tint that can be put on our lenses would help with this. Many of us find bright lights difficult and use sunglasses or something like a baseball cap or 'visor' to help. I don't know whether your employer would have a problem with that - it's the sort of adjustment that employers should be making for anyone with a health problem under the Equality Act.
