Leeds clinic

Postby rameeez » Tue 06 Aug 2013 2:12 pm

HI, I currently visit my contact lens clinic in Telford ( west midlans) and have done for about 12 years now, I moved to Leeds a couple of years ago however have not changed clinics, I have kept my self registered at my parents address and I have done this as the KC specilist I see is fantasic. But now I am thinking of moving to a specilist a bit closed to home. does anyone know what the KC care is like in Leeds and how to change over?

Thanks

To change you would probably need to register with a local Leeds GP and ask for a referral.

It is easier in Scotland, but if I have misunderstood the English system, I am pretty sure that someone will correct me.

All the best

As far as I know, your existing clinic could also refer you over.

Are there any KC support groups in the Yorkshire/ North East Area? My sister really needs some people to talk to who understand what she's going through

Cheers
