Iontophoretic trans-epithelial C3R

Postby Jakestar » Wed 07 Aug 2013 1:59 pm

Has anyone either had this completed or have knowledge of the procedure? First undertaken in the UK recently by Mr Martin Leyland:

This is something I'm looking into as a non-invasive alternative to C3R (since I cannot find the Dr Brian Walcher style non-invasive C3R here in the UK).

Some (limited) research about this that I've found so far on Google:

I'd be interested in your considered views.

Thanks for posting this, Jakestar. We can always rely on forum members to keep us up to date with the newest developments in KC! I know researchers are working on modifying the riboflavin drops so that they penetrate the epithelium, but this sounds different and promising.
