Hi

The exercises help the eye to be "healthy" and remove that burning desire to give then a good hard rub, or even that feeling that you wish you could take out your eyeball & put it in the fridge!

I've found them really useful if my eyes feel tired or gritty

Cold hypromellose eyedrops help qwell itching, keeping a couple of bottles in the fridge or cold packs on the eyes, or applying a bit of pressure on thesurrounding bones
