Vitamin A and Dry Eyes

Postby Jennie_5678 » Thu 24 Jun 2010 7:13 pm

Dear All.

The other week I was reading a 'Womens Magazine' and I came across a tiny article in there about Dry Eye Syndrome. They said that taking Vitamin A supplements would help the condition. So, I decided to give it a try as my eyes are extremely dry and sometimes get dessicated. Well, I am delighted to say that my condition has improved and my contact lenses do not hurt as much when they are in my eyes. I take Bassetts Soft and Chewy Everyday Health Chews. They are flavoured with Blueberry and are very pleasant.

Give it a try, it cannot hurt!
