Feeling sleepy a lot

Hello, I've been wearing KC hard lenses since 2 yrs now. However lately, im feeling very sleepy/fatigued, especially my eyes. I've started feeling this like 3 weeks ago but I think it's becoming serious now. I mean when i wake up, i start feeling sleepy 1 hr later. My sleeping time is 6-7 hrs. I feel like I don't wanna do anything and go to sleep. I've been fighting this 'sleepy' feeling almost everyday but now I think it's getting in my way. I do weight training and sometimes in the gym I feel very sleep suddenly and I feel like I wanna leave everything and go home to sleep. My diet is solid either, I eat plenty of carbs, so it's not lethargy.

Do u think it's the contacts causing this??

Welcome to the forum.

I don't see how the effect you describe could be caused by wearing contact lenses, but would suggest that you visit your GP. It may be that your body is fighting another condition.

As to your contact lenses, try to follow the advice you will have been given; limit your wear time, keep your lenses clean, store them in fresh storing fluid etc.
