ever experienced any spontaneous regression?

Hi friends;

have you ever experienced any spontaneous regression of your KC? I remember there was a mild regression in my right eye and progression in left eye in 6 months shown on topographies. I couldnt figure out what had caused it and I remember my ophthalmologist was a bit surprised to notice this, also that was not a very significant change. Does anyone has any similar experince or any idea what might have caused it?

I know that my own topography used to vary from one time of day to the next (not uncommon in KC, and one of the reasons that fitting lenses is such an art).

I wonder whether the regression was an artifact of this 'variable topography'?
