Thanks, Steve1
It has certainly felt like a nightmare. I don't know where it is going from here and am dreading every time I have to go near the hospital now!
At least, it has not been really pysically painful. At least not till this last week when someone at the hospital put my neck out again! (see blinking flashers thread......)
There can be some sorts of pain that can drive one round the bend, aren't there? SOme sorts, you get busy doing something else and can forget it, other types you just can't ignore and they have you climbing the walls.
Worst I've ever experienced was shingles. Dratted GP put me onto brown - steroid..... - "preventer" asthma inhalers, and omitted to point out that steroids can reduce your resistance to virus infections. At the time, my work involved going to visit pathology labs and teaching them to use a new computer system. A month later.... guess what! A band 3" wide, all round my right side from spine to breastbone, right underneath where the bottom of my bra should have been - too painful to put one on for 6 weeks and I'm a 40D!
I do hope the mancs find your loose stitch and fix the problem for you.
I shall definitely be looking forward to the party!

well well well- back from my visit to manchester- waited 3 hours and saw sum1 ive nver seen before - yes a russian lady who seemed like she didnt know anything about me even though she had spent ten minutes trying to understand my notes. lovely lady but not sum1 u would want looking at your eye if you know what i mean-

she looked at the eye and saw that there was problems - so what did she do? yes thats it she went to the next room and asked the other doctor what to do- lol

the other doc removed 2. yes blumin 2 lose stitches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im so confused now- i mean how many times have i been to hosi in the last week? yes the stitches could have happend each time after every visit but im doubting it- he spotted the problem straight away! why didnt the other doc see these a few days earlier.

so many things dont add up! im very angry but now a little more hopeful that my eye may be on the mend now- but have i gone through all this fuss and time off work becuase of a useless doctor who did a both job the 1st time, then anothe doctor not even spotting 2 lose stitches when i went to my local eye hosi.

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Glad the loose stitches ahve been spotted at last, and hope the eye is feeling more comfortable now.
Are you going to complain?
