Need to find nearest centre/specialist for CXL and intacs

After much to-ing and fro-ing between my private health insurance company and the clinic where I'd had my original consulatation for keratoconus/PMD, it has now transpired that the clinic does not meet with the criteria for the insurance company because they are not registered as NHS consultants . The good news is that my insurance company has agreed to cover my intacs and CXL procedures . Can anyone recommend a centre for me to get myself referred to, I live in North Staffordshire?
