Transplant & makeup
Maybe a stupid question... Can you wear makeup after a transplant? After a few weeks? I can probably live without the mascara but what about concealer under the eyes. I have bad dark rings under my eyes.

Re: Transplant & makeup
i think its not a good idea. as to me, doctor said that its not good even to wash my eyelid for 2 months...
Re: Transplant & makeup
I think it's best to avoid anything around the eyes. I waited a little over a month after having intacs before I wore makeup again. I figured also that with all the drops and eye watering that was going on any concealer under the eyes would have probably washed off anyway!
It was quite exciting when I could again though - sorry guys, it's a girl thing!

Thanks for the responses. you are probably right. even with my normal piggybacks i dont wear mascara on the bottom lid because it gets smudged with my own tears or the artificial tears.
I will do without makeup then. It will give me 10 minutes extra every day. I will call it a holiday.
