Any idea of how long before they let you dive again, Matthew?

Andrew,
Not sure. But I am not figuring on doing so at least until the sutures are removed. When I asked the consultant whether I could go back to diving in the future, he indicated that there would be no problem which is extremely gratifying. Apparently, the fact that it was a DALK makes it more robust overall and therefore diving is back on the agenda. The 'when' is still unknown, especially as I may follow up with the right eye.

I guess you can cope with uncertaintity about the "when", so long as the "whether" is our of doubt!

All the best

Glad things seem to be going OK - long may it continue!
