He gave me a bottle of Alcon PH multi purpose stuff so no need for seperate cleaners etc.

That sounds like a more cost effective solution to the practice I am following using Bausch & Lomb products

After removal clean lenses with cleaner solution and then rinse it off with "sensitive eyes plus" saline solution

Put lenses in case containing fresh conditioning (wetting, soaking, disinfecting)

Before putting in lenses, with the lens on the end of my finger apply a drop of conditioning solution to fill the lens.

Does the Alcon PH multi purpose do all the above and how much does it cost (container volume size)?

I found it in Superdrug and also on the internet, there is a few different kinds of multi purpose solution so try some and see if they are any good for you. I bought a Boston Multi purpose solution the other day, cant remember how much but it was less than £7

One solution is fine if you are not allergic to them :(

Only solutions I can get on with are the individual bottles from Bauch and Lomb.

I have loads of allergies and was very surprised to discover the all in one solutions are ok!
Not done aswell with my lenses today, but I have an absolute stinker of a cold so am not surprised! Still managed 4 hours though and only removed them because my eyes kept watering and I wanted to have a snooze :D Supposed to be going to the gym tonight, it will be a gentle walk on the treadmill for me if I do go!
