Aching eyes

Postby Sweet » Thu 15 Feb 2007 12:22 pm

Have wanted to post about this for a long time but thought that i would try a few things first but it hasn't helped.

My eyes are always aching, that's both the grafted and non grafted one. I did think that it was strain or a lack of water but i have stopped struggling to see when tired and i'm drinking loads more water and nothing has helped really.

It's not a corneal problem but more of an eye socket problem which is really annoying. It's not really pain but more of a strain which aches all the time. It is the same all day no matter what i do.

Any ideas would be really helpful!! Thanks!

* got to bed early

* relax more

* eat well

* mention it to eye care team

Any of them apply?

Sweet

I reckon that Jay has given good general advice! If it feels like your eye is 'too big" for th socket you should certainly mention this to your eye care team.

All the best
