Thanks for that Sajeev

I think that this comment from the opening paragraph ought to be part of the mission statement of every optometrist on the high street.

When complicated contact lens patients find your practice, it's important to fit them efficiently, paying particular attention to vision and comfort. Nothing is more exciting to a patient who has persevered through a long course of therapeutic treatment, complex surgical procedures or vision impairment as when they can see well.

Andrew, yes the language used was nice to see, what you copied there did strike a cord with me. Reading through it all they covered the topic well.

It was good to see all the obstacles that are in the way written down effortlessly and how to get success.

A good contact lens can be heaven or hell if not fitted properly. So if fittings of contacts is so important, it must be seen to be as the same as getting good wear/vision, for the (new) patient and the (new) fitter (private or otherwise) or those who don't know how important it is.
