I went to a seminar on C3r and they mentioned in some people lens wear is painful for a period I think it was up to3 months after the procedure, may have been 5 months, cannot remember the time. This was based on the results from Dresden, and the 3 or 5 months was the longest anyone had suffered this discomfort, some people it was days others weeks others months.
Also some people required a prescription and lens change after the procedure, from what I gathered was due to a slight regression in the amount of astigmatism.

Prue

thats also correct....you will more than likely need a lens change..due to the surface change of the cornea.......

C3R treatment

Postby Bob White » Fri 22 Dec 2006 9:06 am

Hi All,

Still waiting for my C3R treatment. I guess they need to "play" with the machine a bit more before using it on patients.

Happy Christmas to all

Bobby
