I was in that situation when I had my first graft. One eye had long been unable to be fitted with a lens (and more or less abandoned). When my 'good' eye also ended up not being able to be fitted I was offered my first graft. Like you say, what have you got to lose?

The 27th is turning into an auspicious day here isn't it? Yourself and Anne having grafts in November and isn't the 27th of this month when Andrew is due to have his?

Does this mean Sarah and Anne will be graft twins?

Good luck to both of you.
Gareth
