Well, it is nearly 8 months now since i have had any contact lenses so when i get them back again my eyes will have a bit of a shock. I have an appointment finally with the specialist 28/4/06 after constant calling the booking place.
I remember when i used to wear contact lenses i always thought that one was thicker than the other.
I was never sure but my left eye always went ok after a while whereas my right eye was always red and just not very nice. So would i be right in thinking it is possible that one lens was thicker than the other.

thickness can vary depending on the prescription for smaller corneal lenses as well...so I guess it all depends on what was applied to the lenses....but the change is minute in relative terms

Yes, and it is also possible that your lenses were made of different materials.
The best thing about modern contact lenses is that they come in a whole variety of sizes, materials, shapes and styles; so the experienced fitter for the KC eye will always baq able to fit the most appropriate lens.
All the best with your appointment on April 28.
